Dr Rajini Sharma
Scientific advisor
Dr. Rajni Sharma is a research scientist with over 15 years of experience in the field of immunology and virology. She has worked with several prestigious institutes and universities across the UK, Europe, and India, including high-containment BL-3 labs. Her work has been published in multiple reputed peer-reviewed journals. After graduating from the University of Edinburgh, Dr. Sharma worked at Pfizer before pursuing her Ph.D. in Immunology from Switzerland – where she scored a rare 6/6 for her thesis.
Dr. Sharma is passionate about developing immunotherapeutics and vaccines and is profoundly interested in teaching. She has established labs and imparted training in cutting-edge techniques in the field of immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, and virology.
Mr Ninad Chavan
Aviation advisor
Mr. Ninad Jagannath Chavan. (Former Hon. Sec and now Jt..Secretary- AESI Mumbai). Founder partner at Global Aerospace LLP.
He is AME by qualification and Profession. Holding Licence from Civil aviation authorities - DGCA(India), EASA(Europe), FAA (USA). Type-rated with large widebody Boeing aircrafts. He also held certification privilege under CEMILAC and DGAQA for Military projects.
He brings in over 3 decades of engineering experience with aviation Industry which covering various scopes and positions ranging from Aircraft maintenance and certification, Quality Assurance, Tech Services, Publication and documentation, Design – Manufacturing - Integration of mission system retrofit and upgradation projects on Indian Airforce aircrafts and helicopters. With career spreading from Airlines to MROs to Defence industry.
He is well known and popular amongst aspiring aviators. Students groomed by him have been well placed in Airlines and MROs in India as well as overseas. He is passionate aviator and professes the concept of building a well-planned career.
